LDG Development owns and builds affordable multifamily housing across the United States. LDG simply believes that everyone deserves a quality place to live

What is Affordable Housing?

Rents are more affordable at Reserve at Mountain Pass thanks to Chattanooga, TN, and federal financing programs reserved for providing affordable housing options to the residents of Chattanooga. The owners of The Reserve at Mountain Pass agree to keep rents affordable for a long time and agree to rent only to households qualified for these programs. Qualifying can be a more in-depth process than usual rental screening practices, but our management team is available to assist each applicant every step of the way.

Below are some general guidelines and information concerning what is considered income. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but we are here to assist you in determining if you may qualify for our affordable apartment rental program.

The public agencies and the private investors who provide the financing that allows the rents to be affordable want to make sure that we’re being good stewards of those resources. We are sure that you will find the extra effort worth the process to qualify for our affordable community. Our team is here to assist you and help you through every step to becoming a resident at The Reserve at Mountain Pass
